History

The Old Broadwater Farm homestead, thought to be constructed in the early 1800s, was built using locally sourced limestone and timbers milled by pioneering families. The estate's fertile soils and rich wildlife made it a prized location, attracting families like the Bussells, Forrests, and Roses, who each added unique touches to the land and homestead.
